One Property Recruitment are working with an extremely boutique and high-end managing agent in West London who have a mantra of small portfolios with a high-quality delivery. The business has been operating successfully for a number of years with a retained portfolio and are now in a position that they would like to go and pitch for new business, hence the opportunity arising. The portfolio you will be taking over is managed by one of the Directors and is very low maintenance: 50% of the portfolio falls under one client and AGM’s are rare, often happening during working hours. In addition to this, the portfolio is all located a stones throw from the office, reachable within 20 minutes by foot. The core duties of the position are as follows:
This position is for someone self-sufficient who enjoys working as part of a small and close-knit office. This position is predominantly office based, however there isn’t red tape in place on this and the Directors are open to a conversation around flexibility once you’re established in the role. This position is open to someone at either mid-level block management knowledge or someone more established in the industry. There is admin support within this role and the company has a steady growth plan for the next few years. I’m looking for someone with the following skill set:
20 days leave plus bank holidays, plus circa 23rd December – 4th January additional leave not taken from this requirement
