Property & Lettings Assistant

Location: Enfield

Salary: £22,000-£27,000pa

One Property Recruitment, are searching for a Property & Lettings Assistant for a role based near Enfield. Our client is a highly reputable managing agent, who specialise within residential property management across North London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a highly reputable and experienced team, where you will be supporting across both lettings and block management. You will be highly organised and take immense pride in your work, with notable administrative experience ideally. Your core duties will include:-

  • Answer and manage any incoming/outgoing enquiries by phone/email and recording accurate messages for the team.
  • Arranging meetings and appointments for the property management team and preparing relevant documents as required
  • Taking maintenance calls to arrange for works and follow up on any issues to support the PM
  • Working with PMs to ensure EPCs, electrical tests and Gas safeties are up to date.
  • Attending site visits alongside the PM and ensuring works are all compliant
  • Keeping databases up-to-date and preparing weekly/quarterly reports as requested
  • Arranging works and meeting contractors on-site when necessary
  • Invoice processing

This position would suit someone looking to kick start their property management career with a friendly and supportive company. As this is a front of house position, you will be well-communicated and present confidently; you will be naturally engaging and be looking for an opportunity which can offer progression within a growing business. From the start you will have exposure across all elements of property management, being a vital support to the team. My client will sponsor your ARLA qualifications and is ultimately looking for someone who is bubbly and energetic, to align well with the rest of the team. I am looking for individuals with the following experience/skillset:-

  • Administrative experience within lettings management ideal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Passionate about the sector
  • Keen to learn and career focused
