Estate Manager, Prime

Location: East London

Salary: £70,000pa

 

One Property Recruitment are seeking an Estate Manager for an extremely high end and prestigious new-build scheme in East London. The development is currently in the build phase with 400 units coming on in the next 12 months’ and set to be one of the most luxurious sites in the area. With breath-taking views, impressive facilities and numerous communal areas. This is a 5* development and only exemplary service standards will be suitable with an acute attention to detail being required. You will have a full Concierge team as well as further on-site teams that you will recruit, train and oversee. The core duties of the position include:

 

  • Oversee the handover of each phase of the development
  • Manage the high end and prestigious scheme with customer service at the forefront at all times
  • Set the expectations and standards you require from the wider team, ensuring they are met
  • Appreciate and add value to the customer journey through continuously improving standards
  • Regular, proactive inspection of the building. Attention to detail being paramount
  • Innovative approach in terms of service delivery, how can you add value?
  • Build a strong relationship with the residents and client
  • Ensure all external contractors behave in an appropriate manner whilst onsite
  • Escalate issues as needed, address with a resolution focused mindset

 

This position will suit someone who enjoys being out and about across the development and engaging with the residents. It is set to be an impressive site and a real project that you can make your own. The right person for this position will love what they do: you will have a passion for service delivery and thrive within a high-end setting. You will exceed expectations and come up with innovative solutions to problems as they arise, utilising your high-end experience. You will be able to lead and drive the team to new levels of service, nurturing and developing them as needed. I am looking for someone with the following skillset/experience-

 

  • Experience in mobilisation of new-build schemes
  • High end customer service experience and attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities with experience hiring, training and managing teams
  • Proactive and resolution focused
  • Personable and confident in ability
  • Awareness of Health and Safety issues
