Senior Block Manager

We’re currently looking for a Senior Block Manager to join a growing, hybrid business built around dedicated back-end administrative support — each block manager sits with a defined number of blocks allocated, alongside bespoke, in-house technological solutions that take the admin burden off your plate. This is a genuine long-term opportunity with real progression on offer, in a company built on strong ethical values — including full financial transparency with clients and a positive impact within the industry — and a genuine culture of team play and learning.

You’ll need to be MTPI qualified, with experience across a varied residential portfolio, and comfortable handling the awkward conversations as easily as the straightforward ones.

What you’ll need:

• MTPI qualified, with experience across a varied residential portfolio across London and the Home Counties
• Your own car and willingness to travel to sites
• A positive, engaging, and bright-natured approach
• Strong personal ethical values
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in conflict management
• Comfortable with technology and software (Word, Excel, and beyond) — you’ll be working alongside the team producing bespoke, proprietary tech solutions
• An appetite for business development — happy to pitch for and support growth strategies alongside the leadership
• Looking for a genuine long-term move, with real progression as the company grows
