Wimbledon
Co-Living/Build to Rent
£31k + 20% Bonus
We’re recruiting a Property Host to join a growing, community-led residential portfolio in Wimbledon. This is a key site-level role for someone organised and confident enough to run things smoothly when the manager is off-site — a growth hire designed to bring a more commercial, opportunity-driven presence to an existing hospitality-heavy team, without losing the warm, welcoming resident experience.
The role is approximately 60–70% leasing, enquiry and opportunity management (including viewings and pricing conversations across a diverse resident base) and 30–40% administration.
Key Responsibilities
Systems
Property management/enquiry CRM (HubSpot-style). Strong Microsoft Office and admin skills essential. No design/marketing experience needed.
Candidate Profile
Ideal background: student accommodation, leasing, hotel front office/assistant manager, or Build to Rent/co-living (desirable). Not suited to pure hospitality roles without admin or operational responsibility. Should be comfortable running day-to-day operations independently.
Personal Attributes
Highly organised, calm under pressure, bilingual, community-minded, confident decision-maker, comfortable multitasking across different responsibilities.
Working Pattern
Office hours 9am–7pm; typical shifts 9–5 or 11–7. Monday–Sunday rota with minimal weekend work (Saturdays usually covered by another host).
Benefits
Private healthcare, Perkbox, Vitality, 20% annual discretionary bonus.
