      Salary – £60,000 – £70,000

      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a Mixed – Use Facilities Manager to join a site based in Aldgate.

      About the Role

      As a facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the buildings, you will be working on a mixed-use portfolio with 2 buildings on one site. One building is 270,000 sq. ft with 12 floors of office space the 2nd building is 210,000 sq. ft with 9 floors of residential space and retail on the bottom floor. This portfolio is growing so there are further phases to come. Mobilisation required as there will be repairs that need fixing. You will need to have great knowledge with plant rooms and have experience with the technical side of FM.

      • Manage the operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
      • Services might include buildings, cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, or parking.
      • To be part of and provide support to the estate management team, ensuring standards are maintained and deadlines achieved.
      • Ensuring the policies, company rules service is always provided.
      • To be responsible for the on- site engineers.
      • Monitor compliance in relation to mechanical and electrical systems.


      • Essential experience in commercial portfolios.
      • IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
      • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
      • Technical Facilities Management Experience.
      • IT literate.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management.
      • Supervisory experience.
