      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a Maintenance Manager, to join with our client based in Soho.

      About the Client

      My client is an award-winning property management company for luxury residential and mixed-use developments. My client has new build development world-wide. This is a very high-end company looking who are looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running.

      About the Role

      As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the developments maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of the development, buildings, grounds. The portfolio you will be managing is a high end residential portfolio. Your duties include scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance workers and responding to maintenance emergencies. You will have 2 maintenance operatives reporting into you.

      • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the building.
      • Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to the team.
      • Driving performance.
      • Tracking and assessing performance.
      • Site inspections.
      • Performing minor on site repairs.
      • Prepare maintenance budgets.
      • Liase with contractors.
      • Building inspections.



      • Experience in maintenance management.
      • Residential experience
      • NEBOSH ideal.
      • Plumbing and electrical experience
      • Engineering background would be ideal.
      • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and facilities management.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Problem – Solver.
      • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
