One Property Recruitment are actively seeking an experienced Lettings Business Development Manager to join an award-winning, forward-thinking property management business in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lettings professional to take responsibility for growing the lettings portfolio, winning new landlord instructions and delivering an exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate would be a senior lettings negotiator, lettings manager or a lettings BDM with a strong understanding of the full lettings process. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing landlord relationships, overseeing the lettings pipeline and ensuring properties are marketed effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an area leading, independent business who’re continuing to grow.
