Junior Property Manager – Haringey

Our client, a well-established and growing property management company based in Haringey, is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their friendly, close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with genuine Block Management/leasehold experience who wants to develop their career within a supportive, sociable business that’s investing in its team as it grows.

The Role

• Managing the day-to-day running and maintenance of a shared portfolio of residential leasehold buildings (predominantly London, South London, and the South Coast, with some properties in Northampton, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire)
• Buildings typically range from 30–60 units
• Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, handling queries and building issues confidently and professionally
• Conducting site visits and building inspections alongside colleagues
• Working within a shared portfolio/departmental structure — you won’t be managing accounts, accounts payable, or general admin, as these sit with separate teams
• Scope to grow into a broader Property Management role over time

About You

• Genuine experience within Block Management/leasehold property management — this is not a maintenance-only role, and candidates from a purely maintenance background won’t be suitable
• Confident, clear communicator, comfortable liaising directly with leaseholders
• IRPM/ATPI qualification preferred but not essential — practical experience and a genuine understanding of the sector matter more
• Own vehicle/driving licence preferred but not essential; a mix of site travel and public transport is workable
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, close-knit environment where colleagues look out for one another

The Company A growing property management business with a friendly, informal internal culture and a professional external face. The team is moving to new offices nearby in the coming weeks. They’re expanding their team and client base and want to invest in someone they can help develop.

The Details

• Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)
• Salary: From £35k-£45k, flexible for the right candidate
• Location: Haringey, North London
• Parking: Not available on-site
