      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a General Manager, to join with our clients based in London Bridge.

      About the Client

      My client is an award-winning property management company for luxury residential and mixed-use developments. My client has new build developments world-wide. This is a very high-end company who are looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running.

      About the Role

      As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed use commercial and residential portfolio, you will be working on one building making up 108,000 sq ft. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact on the smooth running of the building. You will be required to oversee the safety and maintenance of the building. You will be working alongside a Building Manager and Facilities Manager on site.

      • Manage the day-to-day operations of the building.
      • Delegating roles to teams.
      • Driving performance.
      • Tracking and assessing performance.
      • Planning Building Maintenance Activities.
      • Managing reports for damage and planning repairs.
      • Overseeing fire prevention and security systems.
      • Onboarding of new staff.
      • Prepare budgets.
      • Liase with contractors.
      • Building inspections.



      • Experience in general management or property management.
      • Commercial/Residential experience.
      • IOSH ideal.
      • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and facilities management.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Problem – Solver.
      • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
