      The Client –

      About the Role –

      As a facilities manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of estates and facilities management while also ensuring all health and safety and other compliance requirements are met across the portfolio. The portfolio you will be managing is a mixed-use scheme. You will be responsible for covering all hard and soft services. My client is looking for someone who ideally has completed their IOSH and NEBOSH. If you are a senior manager looking for a change reach out today!!!

      • Manage the operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
      • To be part of and provide support to the estate management team, ensuring standards are maintained and deadlines achieved.
      • Ensuring the policies, company rules service is always provided.
      • To be responsible for the on- site engineers.
      • Provide technical support and assistance to all projects.


      Qualifications & Skills: 

      • IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
      • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
      • IT literate.
      • Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
      • Supervisory experience.
