      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a mixed-use Facilities Manager to join a site based in Soho.

      About the Job

      As a facilities manager you will be responsible for delivering Hard & Soft Facilities services working on a 18 floor residential towel new building. My client is looking for someone who has experience with managing M&E. Ideally you will be someone who has both commercial and Residential with great customer service skills. You will need to have mobilisation experience as this is a new build. You will also need to have had exposure to plant rooms. You will be reporting directly into the community manager. Someone who has completed their IOSH would be beneficial but is not a deal breaker.

      Responsibilities 

      • Hiring, training, onboarding new staff.
      • Maintenance of the building.
      • Respond to all maintenance issues making sure repairs take place.
      • Assisting property owners with financial tasks.
      • Handling all tenant related matters such as complaints.
      • Conducting Health and Safety Inspections.
      • Marketing Vacant apartments, houses, buildings.
      • Providing tenants with regular updates.

      Required

      • IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
      • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
      • IT literate.
      • Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
      • Supervisory experience.
