      Salary – £45,000


      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a Facilities Manager to join a site based in Marylebone.

      The Client – 

      Are you a facilities manager looking for your new and exciting opportunity? My client has over 100 acres of commercial, retail and residential space. My client is an innovative and forward – thinking property management company.

      About the Role –

      As a facilities Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all tenants. The portfolio you will be working on will be a residential site, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures; To provide support and guidance to members of the team, ensuring that the management is carried out professionally and effectively. My client offers hybrid working where you will be allowed to work from home 2-3 days, everyone must be onsite on a Thursday.

      • Manage the operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
      • Services might include buildings, cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, or parking.
      • To be part of and provide support to the estate management team, ensuring standards are maintained and deadlines achieved.
      • Ensuring the policies, company rules service is always provided.
      • To be responsible for the on- site engineers
      • Provide technical support and assistance to all projects.

      Qualifications & Skills: 

      • IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
      • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
      • IT literate
      • Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
      • Supervisory experience
