      About the Role

      As an Estate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the estate based in Central London which consists of 7 buildings. You will be responsible for the management and coordination; you’ll seek to solve problems and maximise financial returns from the estate. You will need to ensure you carry out regular inspections of the site; Identify and log any maintenance, cleaning, and Health & Safety issues. You will be doing the hiring for all candidates in the estate. This is a great opportunity as my client invests heavily in their employees.

      • Hiring, training, onboarding new staff.
      • Respond to all maintenance issues making sure repairs take place.
      • Assisting property owners with financial tasks.
      • Handling all tenant related matters such as complaints.
      • Conducting Health and Safety Inspections.
      • Marketing Vacant apartments, houses, buildings.
      • Providing tenants with regular updates.


      • IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
      • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
      • IT literate.
      • Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
      • Supervisory experience.
