Community Host

40 hrs per week over 5 days, 3 week rolling rota.
Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm, working 1 Saturday in 3.

We’re looking for a Community Host to be the main point of contact for residents in one of Bristol’s Build to Rent developments. You’ll be the friendly face people see day to day, the person who sorts out problems, and someone who genuinely makes the building feel like a good place to live.

It’s not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be building relationships with residents, helping run events, and making sure everything ticks along smoothly.

You don’t need property experience for this one. What matters more is your attitude – if you’re hardworking, reliable, and willing to put the effort in, you’ll be given the support and opportunities to progress.

What the role involves

• Being the first point of contact for residents and helping sort out whatever they need
• Getting to know residents and helping build a sense of community in the building
• Helping organise and run resident events
• Working closely with the rest of the on-site team day to day
• Promoting the development and building relationships with local businesses

What we’re looking for

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in good customer service
• No property background needed – experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is just as relevant. It’s your attitude that counts most
• A good communicator who’s comfortable dealing with people face to face
• Any experience with events is a bonus, but not essential
• A team player who’s positive, adaptable, and gets stuck in
