We’re in search for a Building Safety & Compliance Officer for an award-winning property management company based in Norwich. Our client has a great track record of growth and success and is looking to add an additional layer of support to their block management team by recruiting for this position.
This is a new position which will involve assisting the block managers with fire safety and building compliance across their portfolio. This presents a great opportunity for those in block management who’re wanting to step away from leaseholder management or to those in building/facilities management wanting to utilise your experience in building compliance work. You will be reporting into the Senior Property & Compliance Manager.
