      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a Building Manager, to join with our client based in Leeds.

      About the Client

      About the Role

      As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Commercial portfolio, you will be working on one commercial building making up 110,000 sq ft. The commercial building you will be responsible for is a 8 floor building of office space. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact on the smooth running of the building. You will be required to oversee the safety and maintenance of the building. There is a train station beside the development if you are someone who does not have a car.

      • Manage the maintenance of the building.
      • Planning Building Maintenance Activities.
      • Managing reports for damage and planning repairs.
      • Overseeing fire prevention and security systems.
      • Onboarding of new staff.
      • Prepare budgets.
      • Liase with contractors.
      • Building inspections.



      • Experience in building management or property management.
      • Commercial experience.
      • IOSH ideal.
      • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and facilities management.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Problem – Solver.
      • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
