This 7-story complex consists of 344 residential units and is one of the most prestigious buildings in the area. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years’ experience in residential building management and an exceptional approach to delivering high customer service. As a Building Manager, your duties will incorporate H&S risk checks, maintaining statutory compliance, reviewing M&E reports, and liaising with contractors. We need someone customer service focused but who also has great knowledge on building compliance.
