      One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join a site based in Marylebone.


      About the Client –

      Are you an Assistant Facilities Manager looking for your new and exciting opportunity!! My client is a British strategic outsourcing and energy services company. It provides infrastructure consultancy, facilities management, property management, energy, and healthcare services to their clients.


      About the Role:

      As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will need to be motivated and organised in assisting the Facilities Manager oversee the residential portfolio of a 250 bed build to rent scheme. You will work closely with the Facilities Management team to assist in the maintaining of the building creating a positive living environment for their residents.

      • Prepare service charge budgets.
      • Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base.
      • Audit and inspect supplier delivery.
      • Measure supplier performance against agreed SLAs.
      • Prepare management reports for a variety of stakeholders.
      • Ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and policies – e.g., Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR.
      • Administrative tasks will be required.

       Qualifications & Skills: 

      • Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM.
      • Managing Safely – accredited by IOSH.
