      About the Client

      My client is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join the team where you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager maintaining the smooth running of the portfolio. This is a great opportunity for you to progress in Facilities Management as my client offers a clear employment progression pathway for all employees from day one. They support you throughout your career having weekly 1:1 with your manager.

       

      About the Role

      As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will need to be organised as you will be assisting the Facilities Manager oversee a residential portfolio based in London. You will be responsible for assisting the management of a 10-floor building. You will work closely with the Facilities Management team to assist in the maintaining of the building creating a positive working environment for all tenants. My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager looking to step to Facilities Manager.

      Responsibilities:

      • Prepare service charge budgets.
      • Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base.
      • Audit and inspect supplier delivery.
      • Measure supplier performance against agreed SLAs.
      • Prepare management reports for a variety of stakeholders.
      • Ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and policies – e.g., Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR.
      • Administrative tasks will be required.

       

      Education:

      •  Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM.
      • Managing Safely – accredited by IOSH.
