Zoe is the MD of OPR (based in our London office), launching the business to pioneer change within the recruitment industry. She drives the team and leads from the front, constantly challenging the team to ensure our standards are upheld. Zoe relocated to London in 2010 from her small seaside town and has never looked back. She loves being based in an amazing City and prides herself of her consultative advice which she genuinely believes makes a difference within the sector.
Andrew has been working for One Property Recruitment (OPR) since the beginning and supported the launch of the business (based in our London office). Now holding 5 ½ years’ experience within the real estate recruitment space, Andrew values the service and advice his is able to give both candidates and clients through his consultative and thorough approach, alongside driving forwards standards within the recruitment market; both at the forefront of everything OPR do. Andrew is a keen follower of sport and can be found either watching or playing sport most weekends.
After spending 3 years running a temporary recruitment desk, Chloe took the plunge to be in the midst of Property management industry as it’s something she has always been so passionate about. However, she did miss the everyday buzz of recruitment and decided why not combine the two! Chloe relocated from Yorkshire to Manchester in 2021 and says ‘it’s the best thing she ever did for herself’. Since joining OPR Chloe has been promoted to Managing Consultant due to her high standards. Outside of work, Chlo loves the gym, a good routine, a real family girl, loves a good party and loads of dog walking. She is also a lover of Christmas and will 100% be prepared for this from 1st November!
Joss comes from a technical recruitment background and thrives on building lasting relationships between both clients and candidates. He enjoys the challenge of navigating the rapidly moving leasehold property management market. He has a passion for advising candidates on their next career moves and always ensures a smooth transition when moving roles. He is a family man and loves all things rugby, so you will find him on the weekend having a swift pint while cheering on the Harlequins.
Will began his career at Rendall & Rittner where he completed a housing apprenticeship during which time he was lucky enough to work on a range of developments with varying client requirements, including some of London’s most prestigious schemes. This included complex RMCs, RTMs, a charity, freehold and developer clients. After completing his IRPM and CIH qualifications he found himself working at a boutique company in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea independently managing a portfolio of converted townhouses. Will is now part of the OPR family where he utilises his experience and knowledge to assist candidates and clients alike in finding the best placements possible. Outside of work he can be found on a quest for the best burger in London, or thirty meters down exploring shipwrecks, reefs and caves.
Rebecca has a background in media and PR so is a natural people person who is known for building sustainable relationships with candidates and clients alike. She makes a real effort to listen and ensures that she tailors each search, rather than overload you with options that don’t align with what you’re looking for. Rebecca does everything with a smile and is known for finding the best sushi in London.
After completing his degree in English and law, Joe started his career in sales as a senior negotiator for Chancellors Group of Estates, where his love for property started, dealing with high-end luxurious residential properties across a portfolio in Richmond and Virginia Water. This is where his passion for property and sales began and One Property Recruitment was the perfect move. Joe has a natural fondness of generating new business and prides himself on his ability to develop client relationships. Outside of work Joe loves all things football and you will find him playing for his local side and supporting England and the Boro!
Harry is one of the consultants in our block team and comes from a military background, due to this he takes a well-structured and organised approach to all his candidates and clients. He strives to have good integrity and always be transparent with the people he works with. We are proud to have him as a member of our team at OPR as he never fails to consistently bring good energy to the office which reflects heavily in his work ethic. You’ll often find Harry in the gym boxing or playing video games on a weekend.
Following three years at Newcastle University studying Human Geography, Imogen decided to take on a role within recruitment, taking a specific focus upon service charge and finance. Through University projects such as her dissertation, she has become a really good listener and specifically enjoyed the telephone and zoom call interviewing process of this. She puts the clients and candidates at the forefront of everything she does, to provide the best possible service that she can. She loves a Sunday morning run so you will catch her around one of London’s many beautiful green spaces on a weekend.
From our very first conversation Andrew knew exactly the kind of role I was looking for, I didn’t have to go through job role after job role asking him to go back to the drawing board, there was an immediate understanding.
